Kering

French luxury group Kering has appointed Pierre Houlès as Chief Digital, AI and Information Technology Officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Pierre Houlès will be responsible for strengthening Kering’s digital strategy and accelerating the transformation of its technology architecture to support the Group’s operational and technological development objectives. He will help build a model deeply integrating innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce the market appeal of the Group’s brands. He will report to Chief Operating Officer Jean Marc Duplaix and join Kering’s Executive Committee.

Pierre Houlès brings expertise in large-scale transformation, complex systems integration, and the application of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, which will support the Group’s accelerated move toward greater integration, innovation, and forward-looking development. Most recently, he served as Deputy Chief Information Officer of Groupe Renault and Digital General Manager of Renault.

Luca de Meo, who became Chief Executive Officer of Kering in September last year, previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Renault. Since taking office, he has recruited several former Renault executives to key positions at Kering, including Global Talent Development and Employee Engagement Director, Group Financial Communications Director, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Industrial Officer of Gucci.

ZIMMERMANN

Australian designer brand ZIMMERMANN has appointed Roberto Eggs as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1.

Roberto Eggs previously spent 11 years at Italian luxury group Moncler, where he held several senior management roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, he served as a member of the Group Executive Board and Global Chief Business and Market Officer, during which he drove the integration and accelerated development of the Stone Island brand.

Roberto Eggs also served as President of Louis Vuitton EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa). Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at Nestlé and Nespresso. He currently serves as a board member of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and has been a member of the Zimmermann board for more than a year.

Chris Olliver, who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Zimmermann since 2005, will transition to Executive Chairman. He will continue to work with co-founders Nicky Zimmermann and Simone Zimmermann to shape the company’s long-term strategic direction.

Founded in Sydney in 1991 by the Zimmermann sisters, the brand was acquired by Advent International, which took a controlling stake in 2023.

Michael Kors

US luxury group Capri has appointed Corey Moran as the new Chief Marketing Officer of Michael Kors, effective April 6.

In his new role, Corey Moran will oversee brand communications, content creation, and consumer data analytics.

Corey Moran most recently served as Industry Head of Fashion and Luxury at technology giant Google. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at fragrance and beauty group Coty, holding senior marketing positions across several luxury fragrance brands, including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, and Balenciaga. Earlier in his career, he held marketing roles at Unilever.
