Pitti Immagine

Chairman Antonio De Matteis stated that “over the past few months, we have worked closely with shareholders to provide all the information needed for strategic evaluation, ultimately shaping a three-year development plan that balances continuity and transformation—this is at the heart of the current transition. On one hand, the board has been expanded to include entrepreneurs from sectors already integrated into our business portfolio, such as premium food and niche fragrances. On the other hand, the executive team has been restructured. These dual measures place significant responsibility on Ivano Cauli, who has served for four years, and whose entrepreneurial experience, innovative leadership, and deep understanding of the group inspire full confidence. He will be strongly supported by Raffaello Napoleone, who assumes his new role with a strong spirit of collaboration. At the same time, experienced executives such as Strategy Director Agostino Poletto and Communications Director Lapo Cianchi will help ensure a smooth transition to the new generation of leadership.”

Previous reporting by Luxe.CO noted that Pitti Immagine completed a board reshuffle in mid-April, with Antonio De Matteis reappointed as Chairman and Antonella Mansi reappointed as Vice Chairman.
