Italian luxury menswear brand Canali has announced the appointment of Alessio Lillocci as its new Creative Director.

In his new role, Alessio Lillocci will oversee and further strengthen the brand’s stylistic framework, ensuring consistency in tone and quality between creative direction, product development, and brand identity across all product categories. His appointment will also bring a more contemporary perspective to reinterpret and deepen CANALI’s classic aesthetic codes.

Alessio Lillocci previously served for over 20 years at Brunello Cucinelli as Menswear Style Director. He later joined Prada, where he worked on a season of menswear ready-to-wear collections.

Paul Smith

British designer brand Paul Smith has appointed Zia Zareem-Slade as General Manager.

In her new position, Zia Zareem-Slade will play a key role in the brand’s continued development, with a focus on accelerating digital transformation, enhancing commercial performance, and optimising customer experience.

Zia Zareem-Slade previously served as Chief Executive Officer of fine jewellery brand Annoushka, where she “led the brand’s growth strategy, expanded wholesale channels, and accelerated digital development”. She has also held senior management roles at British luxury grocer Fortnum & Mason, renowned art gallery Hauser & Wirth, and British department store Selfridges.

She brings extensive experience in driving digital growth. While serving as Customer Experience Director at Fortnum & Mason, she “led the digital service transformation during a period of sustained brand growth, significantly improving online performance and customer reach”. At Hauser & Wirth, she served as Chief Creative Officer, overseeing global creative, marketing, and digital teams.

Chrono24

Luxury watch e-commerce platform Chrono24 has appointed José Gaztelu as Chief Executive Officer.

José Gaztelu joined Chrono24 in July 2025 as Chief Growth Officer. Since the departure of former CEO Carsten Keller in September last year, he has been overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.

Chrono24 stated that during his tenure, José Gaztelu has refined and executed the company’s overall strategy, strengthened the management team structure, and advanced multiple growth initiatives, including expanding its business in the United States.

José Gaztelu has more than 15 years of international experience in scaling digital platforms. He was previously part of the executive team at neighbourhood social networking platform Nextdoor, which provides local information and safety alerts. At Nextdoor, he was responsible for operations and corporate strategy across the United States and global markets. Prior to that, he held senior roles at online learning platform Domestika, home design platform Houzz, and Southeast Asian e-commerce platform Zalora.
