According to the Italian media MFFashion, Italian private equity fund Style Capital is planning to sell the Australian designer brand ZIMMERMANN.
In November 2020, Style Capital announced a strategic partnership and investment with ZIMMERMANN to support the latter’s global expansion, including the development of retail markets focused on Europe and Asia, driving digital growth, expanding wholesale business networks, and expanding into new categories. Under the terms of the deal at the time, the original investor, General Atlantic, exited.
