For this special occasion, Tiffany & Co. presented a series of exquisite window displays designed by Christopher Young, the brand’s Vice President of Creative. Drawing inspiration from Chengdu’s geography and cultural heritage, these displays seamlessly blend Tiffany’s artistry with local elements.
One standout display masterfully recreates the tranquil scenery of Chengdu’s People’s Park. Among lush, dense bamboo groves, Jean Schlumberger’s iconic Bird on a Rock design emerges subtly. A winding staircase meanders through the greenery, leading to a serene pond. The crystal-clear water reflects the legendary designer’s timeless masterpiece.

From March 24 to May 25, the Tiffany Chengdu Taikoo Li flagship store will host “Wonders from the Tiffany Archives,” a limited-time exhibition. Through the themes of Origins of Craftsmanship, Legendary Diamond Artistry, and Jean Schlumberger’s Masterpieces, the exhibition explores nearly two centuries of Tiffany’s history and legacy.
The newly renovated Tiffany Chengdu Taikoo Li flagship store officially opened its doors on December 17, 2024. Designed by architect Hugh Dutton, the store’s exterior features a shimmering iridescent façade, resembling a captivating light sculpture that pays tribute to the brand’s excellence in diamonds.
Inside, Tiffany Blue accents are woven throughout, creating an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a custom hand-painted blue wall by artist Nancy Lorenz. The first floor showcases Tiffany’s signature jewelry collections, including Tiffany Lock, Tiffany HardWear, Tiffany T, and Tiffany Knot.
The store incorporates several design elements that honor Chengdu’s vibrant culture. A dazzling chandelier by artist Andreea Braescu, inspired by Chengdu’s native magnolia flowers, brings an airy elegance to the first-floor space. The Celestial Ceiling, inspired by New York’s Grand Central Terminal, integrates local elements to create a unique connection between Tiffany’s birthplace and Chengdu.

Ascending to the “All About Love” floor, visitors encounter a diamond-inspired window display that gleams under the lights, showcasing Tiffany’s mastery of diamonds. Adding an artistic touch to the luxurious setting is Michelangelo Pistoletto’s artwork, “Color & Light 2024.”
The “Tiffany High Jewelry“ salon is a highlight of this floor. Inside, a custom-designed folding screen by Nancy Lorenz exudes a radiant glow, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a jewelry box. The salon showcases an array of extraordinary high jewelry pieces, displayed in frosted glass pyramid cases inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s 1950s designs, embodying Tiffany’s unparalleled jewelry craftsmanship. Additionally, this floor features Tiffany’s only Timepiece Salon in China, honoring the brand’s distinguished watchmaking heritage.

The third floor is dedicated to lifestyle collections and an exclusive VIP lounge, offering an intimate and refined shopping experience.
The private lounge features a custom artwork by Damien Hirst, titled “Tiffany Cute, 2024,” which captures the delicate motion of butterflies in a rich blue palette.
The private dining room’s walls are adorned with custom wallpaper inspired by Chengdu’s People’s Park, providing an immersive local experience. A sculpture by Arik Levy, reminiscent of a traditional bamboo garden, further enhances the tranquil atmosphere.
In the baby boutique, a panda chair designed by the Campana Brothers adds a playful and lively touch, celebrating one of Chengdu’s most iconic symbols—the giant panda.
