On December 29th, Zurich-based holding company DKSH has announced the sale of its 25% stake in Bovet Fleurier SA, a Swiss watchmaking brand, to Mr. Pascal Raffy and his family.
Bovet is currently owned and operated by Pascal Raffy and his family. Prior to the transaction, Pascal Raffy’s shareholding had reached 75%.
