Lanvin Group

The global fashion and luxury group Lanvin Group (NYSE: LANV) (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) has announced a series of significant leadership and board-level changes.

The Group’s board of directors has appointed Andy Lew, CEO of the Group’s brand St. John Knits, as the Group’s new Executive President. Simultaneously, Eric Chan will transition from his role as CEO to become a member of the Group’s board of directors.

Andy Lew, the newly appointed Executive President, brings more than 35 years of extensive experience in the fashion industry and is widely recognized for his outstanding leadership and operational achievements in the luxury sector. In his new role, Andy Lew will oversee the Group’s operations, including strategic planning and execution, business development and growth, financial management, supply chain management, information technology, and brand operations. As part of the Group’s global expansion strategy, Andy Lew will also lead the establishment of a second headquarters in Europe. He will continue to lead St. John Knits, while a newly formed management committee will take over the brand’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining St. John Knits, Andy Lew held senior management positions at renowned companies, including Brooks Brothers Group, Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and Nordstrom Inc., where he excelled in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and navigating the complexities of global markets. He has also served on the boards of subsidiaries such as August Purple, Soles4Souls, and Brooks Brothers.

Additionally, the Group’s board of directors will expand from eight to nine members. Alan Liu (pictured left) will replace Grace Fang and, along with Eric Chan (pictured right), has been appointed as a director of the Group, effective immediately.

Christie’s | Pinault Collection

Christie’s Auction House has announced that Bonnie Brennan (pictured left), a 13-year veteran of the company, will succeed Guillaume Cerutti (pictured right) as CEO, effective February 1.

Bonnie Brennan previously worked at Sotheby’s for 15 years before joining Christie’s in 2012. She currently serves as President of Christie’s Americas.

According to Christie’s, Bonnie Brennan has overseen numerous record-breaking auctions, including the collections of Ann and Gordon Getty, Anne H. Bass, and Barney Ebsworth. Under her leadership, the Americas region has achieved “substantial” growth, now contributing 48% of Christie’s total global auction sales.

Guillaume Cerutti, who has served as CEO of Christie’s for eight years, will transition to oversee art and cultural activities for Artemis, the Pinault family holding company, and will become President of the Pinault Collection. He will also continue to serve as Chairman of Christie’s Board of Directors.

This leadership reshuffle also involves 88-year-old Kering Group founder Francois Pinault, who will become Honorary Chairman of the Pinault Collection.

Francois Pinault and his son, Kering Group CEO Francois-Henri Pinault, have recently referred to Christie’s—acquired by Artemis in 1998—as a “key asset” for the company. Last year, the third generation of the Pinault family, Francois Louis Nicolas, the son of Francois-Henri Pinault, joined Christie’s Board of Directors.

Lamborghini Squadra Corse

Lamborghini Squadra Corse has announced the appointment of Maurizio Leschiutta as its new Head of Motorsport. Leschiutta will report directly to Lamborghini’s Chief Technical Officer, Rouven Mohr, who had been serving as the interim Head of Motorsport and led Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s debut participation in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Maurizio Leschiutta brings over 30 years of experience at the highest levels of motorsport, most notably as part of BMW’s LMDh program, participating in the FIA WEC and IMSA series.

Starting in 2025, Leschiutta will oversee all aspects of Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s racing program, beginning with the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 25–26), where Lamborghini will compete for the first time under the Squadra Corse name with the SC63 car. Lamborghini will also return to GTD Pro with its Huracán GT3 EVO2, supported by Pfaff Motorsports and Lamborghini factory drivers Andrea Caldarelli, Jordan Pepper, and Marco Mapelli.

Leschiutta’s responsibilities will include further development of Lamborghini’s SC63 LMDh prototype and the GT3 customer racing program during the second season of the IMSA GTP competition. The Huracán GT3 EVO2 will participate in some of the world’s most prominent GT championships, including the DTM (where Lamborghini secured its first-ever title in 2024), the GT World Challenge Europe, British GT, and Italian GT. The team aims to build on last year’s impressive results, which included six driver championships and 34 race wins for Lamborghini.

In 2025, Lamborghini will place special emphasis on the Italian GT series, with the new Temerario GT3 undergoing its first outdoor tests early this year, followed by its official public debut.

Maurizio Leschiutta will also oversee the Lamborghini Super Trofeo one-make championships across three continents—Europe, North America, and Asia—from 2025 onward. These championships achieved record-breaking participation numbers during the 2024 season.
