Gap
US apparel group Gap Inc. has appointed Pam Kaufman as its first Chief Entertainment Officer. In her new role, Pam Kaufman will help the group expand its entertainment and licensing platforms, covering areas including television, film and gaming.
Pam Kaufman was previously President and CEO of International Markets, Global Consumer Products and Experiences at Paramount, one of Hollywood’s eight major film studios. Earlier in her career, she spent 21 years at the international children’s television network Nickelodeon, where her most recent role was Chief Marketing Officer and President of Consumer Products.
Since 2022, Pam Kaufman has also served as a board member of British designer brand Stella McCartney.

Gabriela Hearst
New York designer brand Gabriela Hearst, which has investment from LVMH Group’s venture capital arm, has promoted Michele Cohen to Brand President, succeeding Thierry Colin, who is pursuing personal career development.
Michele Cohen joined the brand in 2016 and has served as Head of Sales. Prior to that, she was Sales Director at fashion company Altuzarra and held similar roles at Yigel Azrouel and Alberta Ferretti.

Etam
French lingerie brand Etam has promoted Marie Delahaie to the position of new General Manager. She will assume the role in May.
Marie Delahaie is currently Chief Executive Officer of Undiz, another lingerie brand under the Etam Group, a position she has held since May 2024. Previously, she served as Head of the PAP business unit at French knitwear fashion brand Zadig & Voltaire, and also worked as Studio Director at Lacoste.
Marie Delahaie began her career at French luxury brand Lanvin before spending seven years at Balenciaga.

Abercrombie & Fitch
US teen fashion brand Abercrombie & Fitch has appointed Melissa Worth as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Americas.
Melissa Worth was previously Senior Vice President for the Americas at New Balance. She also served as President of the menswear business at US heritage apparel retailer Perry Ellis.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami. Her career began at Puma, followed by a role at fashion retail group TJX.

Liberty London
British department store Liberty London has promoted Lydia King to General Manager of Retail, effective immediately.
Lydia King joined Liberty in December 2023 as Interim Buying Director and was promoted in January 2025 to Group Buying and Merchandising Director. Previously, she served as Fashion and Buying Director at London luxury department store Harrods, and earlier spent 13 years at UK premium department store Selfridges, where she held roles including Womenswear Buying Director and Director of Digital Fashion and Trading.

Represent
British streetwear brand Represent has appointed Jim Anfuso as President for North America.
Jim Anfuso was previously President of Commerce at US media company Complex NTWRK. He has also held several senior roles at adidas, including General Manager of Skateboarding, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Yeezy line, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Partnerships. Earlier in his career, Jim Anfuso served as Vice President of Marketing at fashion company Marc Ecko Enterprises, as well as Design Director at snowwear brand Burton.
