Angela Dong joined Nike in 2005 and has worked in the Greater China region for more than 20 years, during which she held multiple senior management roles with progressive responsibility. In October 2024, she was appointed Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Nike Greater China, while also serving as Global Chief Executive Officer of the outdoor sub-brand All Conditions Gear (ACG). Prior to that, she had served as General Manager of Nike Greater China for ten years.

Her career and leadership journey witnessed multiple pivotal moments in the development of sports, culture and Nike’s business in the Greater China market, including the Beijing Olympic Games, the rapid rise of Chinese consumer groups and digital ecosystems, as well as the unprecedented impact of the global pandemic and the subsequent recovery.

Cathy Sparks has spent 25 years at Nike. Her career began as a sales associate at the Niketown store in Portland, after which she went on to lead teams across multiple global markets. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of the Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) region.

At the same time, Cristin “Crissy” Campbell has been appointed Interim Vice President and General Manager of the APLA region and has joined the Senior Leadership Team. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing for the region. Campbell has been with Nike for more than 15 years, including eight years working in Latin America, where she held leadership roles across multiple businesses, including Jordan and Women’s.

Carl Grebert has spent nearly 30 years at Nike, holding a variety of leadership positions at the global, national and regional levels.

César Garcia joined Nike 25 years ago and is recognised for his ability to integrate product, sport and marketplace functions into a coordinated system. Nike President and Chief Executive Officer Elliott Hill noted that César Garcia recently led the integration of merchandising planning, sport priority setting and data analytics, enhancing the brand’s ability to serve athletes while helping scale innovation.

Nike Brand President Amy Montagne will announce César Garcia’s successor in the near future.
