Unilever

European consumer goods giant Unilever has appointed Reema Jain as Chief Information Officer.

Reema Jain most recently served as Portfolio Manager for Unilever India. She previously held several management roles at Unilever, including Global Vice President of Digital Technology and Head of the company’s Global Capability Centre in India. She also served as IT Director, overseeing digital supply chain, digital integration, and ERP application management, and led global technology platform and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Prior to rejoining Unilever’s senior leadership team, Jain was Chief Information and Digital Officer at Hero MotoCorp, where she led the company’s digital transformation. She also served as Chief Digital Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited. Earlier in her career, Jain held several technology management roles at General Electric and worked as a software engineer at Mphasis.

Galderma

Galderma Group AG (SIX: GALD), the Swiss dermatology-focused skincare group and parent company of Cetaphil, has announced the appointment of Luigi La Corte as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026.

Luigi La Corte will join Galderma on April 1. Current CFO Thomas Dittrich will remain in his role until the second quarter of 2026 to ensure a seamless transition, after which he will pursue other career opportunities outside the company.

Luigi La Corte brings more than 30 years of international financial leadership experience in the healthcare and consumer goods industries. From 2019 to 2025, he served as Chief Financial Officer of global pharmaceutical company Recordati S.p.A, where he was responsible for Group Finance, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Information Systems. In 2022, he was appointed to Recordati’s Board of Directors and will continue to serve in that capacity.

Previously, Luigi La Corte held several senior financial leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles at GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, and Alliance Unichem. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Pladis Food Group.

An Italian national, Luigi La Corte holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Luiss University. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bain & Company, PepsiCo, and Procter & Gamble.

L’OCCITANE

French skincare company L’Occitane Group has announced the appointment of Naoki Yamamoto as the new President of L’OCCITANE Japon.

Naoki Yamamoto began his career in 1994 at Uniqlo. He subsequently took on responsibilities in store operations, merchandising management, and overseas business at major global SPA enterprises. Most recently, as Senior Executive Director at Ryohin Keikaku, the parent company of MUJI, he oversaw the apparel division and international operations, contributing to the company’s business growth as a member of the management team.

Charlotte Tilbury

Charlotte Tilbury, the beauty brand under Spanish fragrance, beauty and fashion group Puig, has announced the following senior leadership changes:

  • Chief Executive Officer Demetra Pinsent has stepped down;
  • Jérôme Leloup has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer.

Demetra Pinsent led the company for 14 years, serving as CEO since the brand’s founding in 2012. She supported the brand’s founder in transforming it from a runway benchmark into a global beauty group. Under her leadership, the company strengthened its position in the premium beauty segment and built an international distribution network, making it one of the most recognisable brands in the colour cosmetics industry today.

Founder Charlotte Tilbury will continue to lead the company at both creative and commercial levels in her role as President and Chief Creative Officer. During the transition period, the founder will assume primary leadership responsibilities, and no successor has been appointed at this time.

Upon assuming his new role, Jérôme Leloup will relocate from Paris to London. Over the past six years, he has served as Vice President of the Rabanne brand under Puig, leading the brand to surpass EUR 1 billion in sales.

Cinquième Sens

Cinquième Sens, a professional training and fragrance creation centre, has announced the appointment of Marc Jourdan-Gassin as its new Managing Director.

Marc Jourdan-Gassin brings 40 years of experience in the fragrance industry and previously served as Senior Vice President of Fine Fragrance for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India at dsm-firmenich.

At the same time, Cinquième Sens has undertaken a structural reorganisation, integrating its New York subsidiary, Cinquième Sens Inc., under the unified management of its Paris headquarters. Operations are now overseen by the company’s President, Isabelle Ferrand.

Founded in 1976 by Monique Schlienger, Cinquième Sens was established with the aim of demonstrating to marketing and trade professionals the underlying logic behind the creation of perfume. Currently, the company’s business structure comprises 70% B2B, serving brands and enterprises, and 30% B2C, offering experiential workshops to the public.
