RIMOWA, the German luxury luggage brand under LVMH Group, has appointed Beatrice Monguidi as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1.

Upon taking up the role, Beatrice Monguidi will succeed Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert, who has been appointed Commercial Director of Louis Vuitton.
Over the past two years, Beatrice Monguidi has served as President of Louis Vuitton Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During her tenure, she stood out for her inspiring, people-centric leadership style and her firm commitment to fostering an environment that values and empowers talent.
Beatrice Monguidi graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She previously held several management positions at Fendi, including Global Merchandising Director, Retail Director for France and Switzerland, and President and Representative Director of Japan. She later joined Valentino as Retail Director Europe and Retail Excellence Director. Subsequently, at Christian Dior Couture, she led the menswear business unit, with a focus on innovation and consumer-centric growth.
Dolce&Gabbana
Italian luxury brand Dolce&Gabbana has appointed Stefano Cantino as Co-Chief Executive Officer, jointly leading the brand alongside Group Chairman and CEO Alfonso Dolce.

Stefano Cantino graduated in Political Science from the University of Turin. Prior to joining Dolce&Gabbana, he held positions at Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci, taking on increasingly senior global roles across commercial operations, public relations, marketing, and corporate affairs, ultimately rising to top executive positions, including CEO.
Stefano Cantino’s appointment aligns with Dolce&Gabbana’s development trajectory. Driven by the evolution of its organisational model, the brand is now transforming from a fashion house into a more comprehensive lifestyle brand.
Alfonso Dolce stated, “I am delighted to work alongside Stefano Cantino as we witness Dolce&Gabbana entering a new phase of development and growth.”

Moncler
Italian luxury group Moncler has announced adjustments to its management structure in Japan, as follows:
- Hiroshi Tabo has been appointed CEO of Moncler Japan;
- Naohiro Tamura has been appointed Chairman of Moncler Group Japan.

In his new role, Hiroshi Tabo will lead the team in overseeing all core businesses and operations of Moncler in Japan, with a focus on advancing the implementation of the brand’s strategy in the Japanese market.
Hiroshi Tabo previously served as CEO of Delvaux Japan and spent more than a decade at Yves Saint Laurent, where he held roles including President of Japan and President of North East Asia. He later joined Moncler Japan from Richemont Japan.
Naohiro Tamura currently serves as CEO of Moncler Group Japan. Following the restructuring, he will leverage his deep understanding of the Japanese market and strategic vision to further drive the development of Stone Island in Japan, working closely with Hiroyo Amano, Managing Director of Stone Island Japan, to define the brand’s strategic direction. The position of CEO at Moncler Group Japan will be discontinued.
Nordstrom
US upscale department store Nordstrom has appointed Yumi Shin as Executive Vice President of Global Brand Partnerships, a newly created role.

In her new position, Yumi Shin will oversee the luxury and beauty businesses, including but not limited to brand partnerships and buying strategies supporting designer brands, beauty, handbags, and fine jewellery categories. She will report directly to Chief Merchandising Officer Jamie Nordstrom.
Most recently, Yumi Shin served at US luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman, where she had been Chief Merchandising Officer since 2019. Prior to that, she spent nearly 12 years at Saks Fifth Avenue. Earlier in her career, she held roles including Category Merchandising Manager at Prada and Buyer at Barneys New York.
Poliform
Italian furniture brand Poliform has appointed Marco Spinelli, a third-generation member of the founding family, as Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Marco Spinelli will lead strategic planning, coordination, and execution, with the aim of strengthening the brand’s international presence and influence while upholding a design culture that integrates innovation, production quality, and contemporary living experiences. He will report directly to the Board of Directors.
Now aged 42, Marco Spinelli joined the company in 2007, working closely with co-founders Alberto Spinelli, Aldo Spinelli, and Giovanni Anzani, as well as the management team.
The three founders will continue to play an active role in corporate governance, supporting the transition and entrusting the execution of the company’s strategy to Marco Spinelli. The three cousins founded Poliform together in 1970. In 2025, the company’s sales increased by 5 percent year-on-year to 350 million euros, making Poliform one of Italy’s largest privately owned furniture companies.
The three founders stated, “Leading this company for more than fifty years has been an extraordinary journey. One of our proudest achievements has been gradually building a corporate culture that continues to evolve while remaining true to its core. Entrusting this responsibility to Marco Spinelli means carrying forward our shared family and entrepreneurial vision, and confidently embarking on the next phase of growth.”
Orbital Design Collective
Italian furniture and lighting group Orbital Design Collective has appointed Matteo Luoni as Chief Executive Officer.

Upon assuming the role, Matteo Luoni will succeed Alexander Zschokke. His responsibilities include defining a clear strategic direction, implementing more efficient operating models, and accelerating decision-making processes, with the aim of leading the company into a new stage of development and strengthening its positioning in core markets amid a dynamic and highly competitive global environment.
Most recently, Matteo Luoni served as CEO of lighting brand Flos. Previously, he was Head of Strategy and Business Development and M&A Manager at Flos B&B Italia Group, and also held the position of Executive Vice Chairman at Arclinea.
Matteo Luoni graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and earned an MBA from London Business School. He began his career at Bain & Company, where he led multiple projects focused on design, fashion, and luxury, retail and consumer, and private equity.
Orbital Design Collective was formerly known as Calligaris, founded by Antonio Calligaris as a small artisanal workshop in the northern Italian town of Manzano. In 2023, the company celebrated its centenary and officially adopted its new name.
The group was acquired in 2018 by private equity fund Alpha and owns Italian premium furniture brands Calligaris and Ditre Italia, lighting brand Luceplan, as well as younger-generation brands including Connubia and Fatboy.
