Firmdale, a luxury hotel group, has acquired Covent Garden Hotel in London for just under £55 million, according to reports from HVS, a consulting firm specializing in the global hotel industry. Firmdale purchased the hotel from its owner, CBRE Global Investment Management. Covent Garden Hotel has been in operation since 1996 and has 58 rooms, with each room valued at nearly £948,000.
