Nicolas Morineaux brings with him an impressive portfolio of over 20 years of international experience in the fashion & jewelry industry. He has held key positions with prestigious groups such as LVMH and Richemont, working with luxury brands like Celine, Loewe, Kenzo, and Van Cleef & Arpels in the Asia Pacific and the United States. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Morineaux’s expertise will be instrumental in driving the acceleration of Galeries Lafayette’s brand through comprehensive omni-channel and multi-universe diversification strategies.
Since opening its flagship store in Beijing in 2013, Galeries Lafayette has been on an expansion in China, planting its flag in Shanghai in 2019, followed by Shenzhen and Chongqing in 2023. Earlier this year in April, Galeries Lafayette further cemented its presence by forming a joint venture with Hopson Group, a leading property company in South-East China with a national reach.
