Goodwill Brands, a beauty accelerator company, and Branded IP, a brand licensing and holding company, have announced the acquisition of natural skincare and body care brand Plant Apothecary from multi-brand beauty company Rare Beauty Brands. As part of the deal, the brand will receive investment from Nyakio Grieco, co-founder of beauty retailer Thirteen Lune.
