Canada Goose has announced three executive changes:

Daniel Binder has been appointed President of Asia Pacific, effective April 2026. He will also continue serving as Chief Transformation Officer.

Niclas Ekerot has been named Senior Vice President of Global Stores.

Ana Mihaljevic, who has served as President of North America for over a decade, will step down in February 2026 to pursue new opportunities. During the search for her successor, Carrie Baker, President of Brand and Commercial, will temporarily oversee the North American market.
Daniel Binder currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Stores at Canada Goose. Previously, he held multiple executive and leadership roles at DFS, the LVMH-owned duty-free retail giant, and at Macy’s, covering areas such as merchandising, planning, digital transformation, and supply chain. Binder has also led major performance improvement programs for global organizations in a consulting capacity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.

Niclas Ekerot brings over 25 years of experience in luxury retail. Most recently, he served as Global Vice President of Retail at British luxury brand Burberry. Earlier in his career, he held senior retail leadership roles at Bottega Veneta, Michael Kors, and Gucci.
Ana Mihaljevic joined Canada Goose in 2015, was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2019, and became President of North America in 2022. Prior to joining the company, she held positions at American designer brand Marc Jacobs, footwear and apparel group The Jones Group, and Polo Ralph Lauren.

Christian Dior Couture
French luxury fashion house Christian Dior Couture has appointed Charlotte Holman Ros as President of the Americas.
Charlotte Holman Ros joined Dior in 2020 as President of Parfums Christian Dior North America. Prior to that, she served as General Manager and Global Executive Committee Member at British beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, held a Vice President role at The Estée Lauder Companies, and worked at Burberry as Global Strategy Director and later as Director of Womenswear for North America.
She holds a Master’s degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford and began her career at consulting firm Monitor Deloitte.
HUGO BOSS
German fashion and luxury group HUGO BOSS is restructuring its organization, establishing two dedicated divisions for menswear and womenswear. Christian Schwinn will continue to lead the BOSS menswear business and will also take on the role of Senior Vice President of HUGO menswear. Effective January 15, Kerstin Dorst will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Womenswear.
Kerstin Dorst previously spent 12 years at American accessible luxury brand Tory Burch, where she held various roles, including Head of Development and Senior Design Director for Tory Sport, Vice President of Product Development and Design, and Vice President of Design for the mainline collection. Before joining Tory Burch, she spent over five years at German sportswear brand adidas, overseeing business in Germany and Asia and contributing to the launch of several lines, including the SLVR premium sportswear collection.
Ermenegildo Zegna
Italian luxury group Ermenegildo Zegna has promoted Marco Barberini to the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Innovation & AI Officer.
Marco Barberini joined the Zegna brand in 2018 as Global Omnichannel and E-commerce Director, and in 2021, he was promoted to Global Media and Digital Director. Prior to joining Zegna, he worked at luxury e-commerce group Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP), where he served as Regional Director for Europe on the Yoox platform. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Bain & Company.
