Patou
Patou, the luxury brand under French luxury group LVMH, announced the departure of its Artistic Director, Guillaume Henry.
Going forward, the Patou brand will explore new models for future development, while Guillaume Henry will be able to devote himself fully to other projects.

In 2019, Guillaume Henry joined Patou, a house that had been dormant for 30 years. With a fresh, contemporary perspective, he reshaped the brand’s feminine identity and also led a number of cross-industry collaborations. Prior to joining Patou, he worked at fashion and luxury brands including Nina Ricci, Carven, Paule Ka and Givenchy.
Loewe
Spanish luxury brand Loewe, under the LVMH Group, has appointed Thierry Conrad Reutenauer as Chief Marketing Officer.
In his new role, Thierry Conrad Reutenauer succeeds Charlie Smith, who has departed the company and joined London-based smartphone brand Nothing.
At the same time, Thierry Conrad Reutenauer has joined Loewe’s Executive Committee and will oversee several core business areas, including art direction, art and culture, brand and product marketing, communications and events, editorial content, marketing projects, media, social media, and VIP relations.
Thierry Conrad Reutenauer joined the brand in October 2025 as Global Communications Director. Prior to that, he served as Global Communications Director at Bottega Veneta, the luxury brand under Kering. He joined Bottega Veneta in 2020 as Global Senior PR Manager and was subsequently promoted. From 2014 to 2020, he was Director of PR, Events and Celebrity Relations at Chloé, the luxury brand under the Richemont Group. He began his career at the public relations agency Karla Otto.
Saint Laurent
Saint Laurent, the brand under French luxury group Kering, has appointed Guillaume Pats as Chief Commercial Officer, effective December 2025. He recently disclosed the appointment on his personal LinkedIn page.

Guillaume Pats joined Saint Laurent in September 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer for the Asia-Pacific region and assumed his current role in December 2025.
Before joining Saint Laurent, Guillaume Pats worked at Louis Vuitton for nearly seven years, holding multiple positions. He initially served as Retail Director for France and Monaco, and was later promoted to General Manager for the same market. From July 2022, he was Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing operations in France, Italy, Spain and Mediterranean markets. In July 2024, he was promoted to Senior Vice President for the Americas, responsible for retail, real estate, hospitality, client operations and events.
He also accumulated nine years of experience at Galeries Lafayette, where he held roles including Director of Buying and Merchandising and was a member of the Management Committee, building extensive retail expertise. Earlier in his career, he also held management positions at beauty brand Yves Rocher.
Canada Goose
Canada Goose has appointed Patrick Bourke as President, North America, effective February 5.

In his new role, Patrick Bourke will assume full responsibility for the brand’s business across North America, driving brand development, executing and deepening retail and wholesale operations, and strengthening connections with consumers across the region. He will work closely with the global leadership team to advance the implementation of the company’s core business strategies, with a key focus on enhancing brand visibility, expanding channel strategies, and ensuring efficient and accountable operational management.
Patrick Bourke has been with Canada Goose for nearly a decade, during which he has built a strong track record in commercial operations. He has held responsibilities across investor relations, strategic planning, business development, indirect procurement and market execution. He played a key role in strengthening the company’s partner ecosystem and deepening several critical strategic partnerships, providing important support for the brand’s global expansion. He is also recognised as a leader in cost management, driving significant cost savings through supplier optimisation and spend control. In addition, he has led cross-functional collaboration to accelerate go-to-market execution and streamline operational processes, providing more efficient support for the company’s continually evolving product strategy.
Hugo Boss
German fashion and luxury group Hugo Boss has appointed Dietmar Knoess as Senior Vice President Global Human Resources, effective February 16.

In his new role, Dietmar Knoess will succeed Jochen Eckhold, who has departed the company to pursue new career opportunities.
Dietmar Knoess most recently served as Vice President, People and Organisation at Puma, where he has worked for 15 years. From 2006 to 2010, he was Director of Global Human Resources and Facility Management at Hugo Boss. Earlier in his career, he also held several senior human resources leadership positions at Wella and Tengelmann.
Pal Zileri
Italian luxury menswear brand Pal Zileri has appointed Carlo Anceschi as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1.

In his new role, Carlo Anceschi will succeed Leone Scordo, who resigned for personal reasons.
Carlo Anceschi brings extensive international experience in luxury fashion and accessories, with a strong track record in brand development, global distribution and organisational transformation. He most recently served as Global Commercial Director at Elisabetta Franchi, and previously as Chief Commercial Officer at Twentyfourseven srl. Earlier in his career, he also held executive positions at brands including Stella McCartney, Pomellato and Brioni.
Saks Global
US luxury department store group Saks Global has announced the appointment of Cheryl Han to the newly created role of Chief Marketing and Digital Officer.

In her new role, Cheryl Han will have end-to-end responsibility for the development and execution of marketing strategies, including customer engagement operations and brand content creation. She will also oversee the e-commerce businesses of Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman, with full profit-and-loss responsibility, and lead the development of consumer-facing digital experiences. She will report to the President and Chief Commercial Officer, Darcy Penick.
Cheryl Han previously served as Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Strategy at Neiman Marcus Group.
At the same time, Saks Global Chief Customer Officer Kimberly Miller, Chief Marketing Officer Kristin Maa, and Senior Vice President of Digital Emily Nahas will all depart the company.
