Fanatics

Global sports IP retail giant Fanatics has appointed Jeremi Gorman as Chief Revenue Officer of its newly established advertising division. This new department aims to redefine how brands engage with sports fans and maximize the commercial potential of the Fanatics ecosystem.

Jeremi Gorman previously served as President of Worldwide Advertising at Netflix. Before that, she was Chief Business Officer at Snap Inc. and held several roles at Amazon, including Head of Global Enterprise Advertising Sales. Earlier in her career, she held advertising and marketing positions at Yahoo, Variety, and Monster.com.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Sweet Protection

Norwegian helmet, goggle, and technical apparel manufacturer Sweet Protection has announced that co-founder Atle Enberget will step down on September 1 to pursue new career opportunities. Tommy Listl will succeed him as Sales Director starting September 15.

Sweet Protection was founded in 2000 by Atle Enberget and Ståle N. Møller, along with a group of skiing, cycling, and paddleboarding enthusiasts. Since its inception, Enberget has served as Sales Director for international markets. The company currently generates over NOK 300 million in sales, with approximately 75% coming from overseas markets.

Tommy Listl joined Sweet Protection in 2023 and has been leading operations in one of the brand’s key regions—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Previously, he held commercial leadership roles at Buff and The North Face. In his new role, he will report directly to Sweet Protection’s General Manager Erik Hegbom.

Outdoor Voices

Consortium Brand Partners, parent company of American athleisure brand Outdoor Voices, has appointed Mike Jacobs as Chief Growth Officer and Operating Partner. In this role, he will lead growth initiatives for Draper James, Jonathan Adler, and Outdoor Voices, and play a key role in the company’s future strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining Consortium Brand Partners, Mike Jacobs drove transformational growth for globally recognized consumer brands, including Etsy, Netflix, Depop, Yahoo!, and Upside. Throughout his career, his leadership in brand, growth, and performance marketing has delivered over 100 million new customers.

Mike Jacobs holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University.

Rains / Haglöfs

Steen Borgholm, former CEO of Danish outerwear brand Rains, announced his departure from the brand via his personal LinkedIn account. His responsibilities have been handed over to Daniel Brix Hesselager, the brand’s founder.

At the same time, Swedish outdoor apparel and equipment manufacturer Haglöfs AB announced the appointment of Steen Borgholm to its board of directors.

Borgholm became CEO of Rains in April 2023. Prior to that, he served as an advisor to Scandinavian investment firm Credo Partners and Danish furniture manufacturer Jakobsen Home. He also spent 16 years at Danish footwear company ECCO, including a tenure as CEO from May 2016 to September 2021.
