Puma

German sportswear brand Puma has appointed Nadia Kokni as Vice President of Global Brand Marketing, effective January 1, 2026. She will report directly to Chief Brand Officer Maria Valdes.

Nadia Kokni brings extensive international experience in shaping and transforming global leading brands across the sports, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. She has held senior roles at brands and retailers such as JD Sports, H&M, Adidas, and Tommy Hilfiger. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at German luxury brand Hugo Boss, where she led a major brand transformation and accelerated the execution of its digitalization strategy.

“Nadia’s appointment comes at a critical time. Her leadership will help us create more distinctive product storytelling, increase brand desirability, and build deeper connections with consumers around the world,” said Maria Valdes, Chief Brand Officer at Puma.

Italian sneaker brand P448 has named Jordan Morrell as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Jordan Morrell most recently served as Senior Vice President at U.S.-based lifestyle group Archipelago Companies, overseeing product design and sales for its portfolio of brands, including OluKai, Melin, Roark, and Kaenon.

Prior to that, he spent ten years at Nike, where he most recently held the role of Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Global Head of Design. During his tenure at Nike, he also served as Senior Director and General Manager of NIKEiD and Nike+ Digital Sport for North America, as well as Director of Strategy and Business Development for Nike Direct North America.

He began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, and later held roles at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and real estate developer Hines Interests.

Sporty & Rich

Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand Sporty & Rich has announced the departure of its CEO, David Obadia.

David Obadia had held the position since June 2019. Before joining Sporty & Rich, he co-founded the streetwear-meets-couture label Harmony Paris and Paris-based high-end streetwear brand Brooklyn We Go Hard (BWGH). His career began at the French designer label Pigalle.

Founded in 2014, Sporty & Rich builds its products and brand narrative around the concept of wellness. Its hoodies and T-shirts often bear bold, concise slogans such as “Health is Wealth,” advocating for health and self-care as core values of the brand.

In May 2025, Sporty & Rich opened a pop-up store in Shanghai’s Xintiandi, marking the brand’s first offline retail presence in the Chinese Mainland.

Fanatics

Global sports IP and merchandise giant Fanatics has appointed Sarah Flynn as its first-ever General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, signaling continued expansion in one of its fastest-growing international markets.

Sarah Flynn brings over 20 years of experience in retail, wholesale, and commercial leadership across Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Wholesale at Brand Collective, managing a multi-brand portfolio. Prior to that, Flynn held senior leadership roles at Champion, where she was General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. She has also led national sales strategies and department store partnerships for brands such as Bonds, Berlei, Jockey, Mossimo, and Superdry.
