Pop Mart
The Board of Directors of Hong Kong-listed Pop Mart International Group Limited announced the appointment of Wu Yue as a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective December 10, 2025, for a term of three years.
Wu, 69, has served as Group President of LVMH Greater China since November 2005, overseeing the conglomerate’s multi-brand portfolio across the Chinese market. Prior to this, from February 2000 to October 2005, he was Vice President of Sony Music Entertainment Asia, overseeing operations in China. From August 1993 to February 2000, he served as General Manager and Managing Director of Parfums Christian Dior, a brand under the LVMH Group, leading its business in China.
According to the official announcement, Mr. Wu will be entitled to a fixed annual cash remuneration of HKD 1,200,000 [approx. USD 154,000], and annual equity-based remuneration of HKD 1,800,000 [approx. USD 231,000], during his tenure with Pop Mart. The board determined the compensation after considering Mr. Wu’s leadership in consumer trend research, his valuable insights as a leading authority in the regional luxury industry, his global perspective, as well as the scope of his responsibilities as a Non-Executive Director, market conditions, and the recommendations of the Board’s Remuneration Committee.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the expansion of its operational management team with the creation of two new Regional Vice Presidents of Operations roles, appointing Flavia Daudan Caponi and Greg Liddell to lead.

Flavia Daudan Caponi will oversee hotel operations across Europe and the Americas. With over 30 years of experience in the luxury sector, she previously contributed to the transformation of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, and led operations in Prague and Miami.
Greg Liddell will be responsible for hotel operations in Asia and the Middle East. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the high-end hospitality industry, having held key leadership roles at Mandarin Oriental hotels in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Barcelona, and Madrid.
Inditex
Inditex, the Spanish fashion giant and parent company of Zara, has appointed former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta as Chairman of its newly established International Advisory Council.

Born in 1966 in Pisa, Italy, Letta holds degrees in political science and international law from the University of Pisa and a doctorate in EU law from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. He became one of Italy’s youngest cabinet members in the post-war era, appointed Minister for European Affairs at age 32 in 1998. He served as Italy’s 83rd Prime Minister from April 2013 to February 2014 and has held other roles, including Minister of Industry, Undersecretary to the Prime Minister, and Member of the European Parliament (2004–2006). From 2021 to 2023, he served as leader of the Democratic Party, stepping down from parliamentary duties in 2024 to focus on academia and international affairs.
The council’s establishment was first announced at Inditex’s annual general meeting in July and held its inaugural session on November 27. The council’s primary function is to advise the Board of Directors on geopolitical, global economic, and other international matters. The full list of members was not disclosed until now.
The Inditex International Advisory Council comprises globally influential professionals from politics, diplomacy, business, and technology. Members include:

Marc O’Polo
European fashion brand Marc O’Polo has announced that Chief Operating Officer Dr. Patric Spethmann will step down.

Dr. Spethmann joined Marc O’Polo in 2019 and has held the role for nearly seven years, during which he was instrumental in scaling the brand’s operational capabilities and implementing a systems-driven organizational model. As COO, he led initiatives in digital transformation, logistics and process optimization, and organizational efficiency.
According to the company’s statement, Dr. Spethmann will officially depart at the end of the current fiscal year at his own request, having completed a successful transformation phase.
Moving forward, the COO role will be discontinued. His responsibilities will be redistributed within the existing executive committee:

Gant
American casualwear brand Gant has appointed Fredrik Malm as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1.
Malm joined Gant in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Commercial, Brand, and Product. Prior to that, he served as CEO of SNS and held senior leadership roles, including President of Coach Europe and International, SVP of Sales for EMEA at Ralph Lauren, and Retail Director at ECCO.

Fredrik Malm
Founded in 1949, Gant has been part of Swiss private company MF Brands Group (also owner of Lacoste, Tecnifibre, and Aigle) since 2008. Thierry Guibert, CEO of MF Brands, stated:
“Fredrik brings a wealth of experience in leading global premium fashion and lifestyle brands. I am fully confident in his ability to lead Gant into its next stage of development, especially in enhancing product quality and accelerating expansion across online and offline retail channels.”
7 For All Mankind
American denim brand 7 For All Mankind has appointed Italian designer Nicola Brognano as its new Creative Director.

Brognano has spent years in the fashion industry and most recently served as Creative Director at Italian brand Blumarine, leaving the position in 2023. He previously worked with Giambattista Valli and Dolce & Gabbana and launched his own eponymous womenswear brand in 2015, though the project was shelved post-pandemic.
Born in Calabria, Italy, Brognano studied at Istituto Marangoni and won first place in the 2016 “Who is on Next?” competition for emerging designers.
Baffin
Baffin, the Canadian high-performance outdoor and industrial footwear and apparel manufacturer under Canada Goose, has promoted Jessica Liut to Vice President of Marketing.

In her new role, Liut will continue to lead Baffin’s marketing and e-commerce operations, with the added responsibility of customer experience management. She will also continue to oversee two key employee engagement groups: “People & Culture” and “Corporate Citizenship.”
Liut joined Baffin in 2020 and previously served as Director of Marketing. During her tenure, she contributed to global marketing campaigns, high-impact partnerships, and international logistics services, playing a critical role in advancing the brand’s digital business.
