Sven Radtke previously served as General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Canadian high-end outdoor brand Arc’teryx. He spent more than 13 years with Arc’teryx’s parent company, Amer Sports, and has also held roles including Commercial Director for Arc’teryx EMEA and Commercial Director for Apparel at Salomon EMEA.

Before joining Amer Sports, Sven Radtke worked at Swiss sporting goods retailer Intersport Group, where he was Senior Product Manager for the team sports category prior to his departure.

On

Swiss sports footwear manufacturer On Holding AG has appointed Frank Sluis as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1.

Upon assuming the role, Frank Sluis will succeed Martin Hoffmann, who took on the position of Chief Executive Officer at On last year while continuing to serve concurrently as Chief Financial Officer.

On stated that Frank Sluis brings global financial operations capabilities developed through extensive experience in managing large enterprises, making him an ideal candidate to support On’s global growth vision and a key partner within the company’s management team. He combines deep professional expertise gained from leading large international companies with the financial governance capabilities required to support rapid business expansion.

Frank Sluis previously worked at food retail group Ahold Delhaize, serving as Chief Financial Officer for its Europe and Indonesia regions. With more than 25 years of experience at leading consumer goods companies, he has held core financial management roles at global giants including Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Frank Sluis has spent much of his professional career working overseas, including in the United States. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he is an experienced marathon runner and has participated in multiple triathlon events.

Tracksmith

Boston-based American running brand Tracksmith has appointed Jared Carver as Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Jared Carver will succeed brand founder Matt Taylor, who will transition to the position of Chief Creative Officer, primarily responsible for “shaping the brand vision, brand identity and creative direction,” while continuing to serve as a member of Tracksmith’s board of directors.

Jared Carver most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Converse, a brand under Nike, stepping down from the role in July 2025 after three years. Prior to that, he held multiple senior positions at Converse, including Vice President and General Manager of North America, Vice President and General Manager of Global Digital Direct, Vice President of Strategy, and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Converse’s European headquarters. Jared Carver spent a total of 15 years at Converse, and has also previously worked at Fanatics, One7 LLC, L.E.K. Consulting and Digitas.

Known for its collegiate-inspired premium apparel collections, Tracksmith was founded by Matt Taylor in 2014 with the original intention of serving amateur yet serious runners and building a running community.

Before founding Tracksmith, Matt Taylor served as Global Marketing Director for Running, Training and Fitness at Puma. He is a former middle- and long-distance runner at Yale University.
