Lemaire

Laetitia Mergui, Chief Executive Officer of the French fashion brand Lemaire, is set to step down.

Laetitia Mergui succeeded Catherine Jacquet as CEO in 2022 and worked alongside the brand’s founder and designer, Christophe Lemaire, for nearly three years.

A graduate of HEC Paris and the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, Laetitia Mergui has a professional legal background and previously worked at law firms in Paris, London, and Hong Kong. She entered the luxury industry in 2011, joining the Asian brand Perle d’Orient. She later served as Chief Operating Officer for Asia and a board member at Balmain, and in the following year also took charge of the brand’s accessories business as Chief Executive Officer of Pierre Balmain Accessories.

Subsequently, she served as CEO for Asia and the Middle East at the French apparel brand The Kooples. In 2019, she joined Chloé as President of Asia Pacific, overseeing the development of both the main line and See by Chloé in the Asia Pacific region.

Dr. Martens

Adam Meek, Chief Product Officer of Dr. Martens, has announced his departure.

Adam Meek joined Dr. Martens in 2021. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Footwear and Accessories at Canada Goose. From 2016 to 2020, he was Senior Vice President of Global Product at Sperry. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior executive roles at Nike and brand management company Pentland Brands.

Tricker’s

Tricker’s, the British heritage shoemaker founded in 1829, has appointed Roberto Menichetti as Creative Director.

The brand’s long-term owner, the Barltrop family, sold a 71 percent stake in the company in May 2025 through the investment vehicle Blu Heartknot U.K. Ltd to James Fayed, Chairman of Turnbull & Asser, and Roberto Menichetti.

Going forward, while serving as Creative Director of Tricker’s, Roberto Menichetti will continue concurrently as Creative Director of Turnbull & Asser, overseeing its bespoke shirts, tailoring, outerwear, and accessories businesses.

Under Roberto Menichetti’s leadership, Tricker’s will implement a product-driven brand premiumisation strategy. While preserving its handcrafted craftsmanship, traditional shoemaking techniques, and British style, the brand will enhance the comfort, fit, and contemporary everyday practicality of its footwear.

Born in the United States and raised in Umbria, Italy, Roberto Menichetti grew up in a family that operated a clothing manufacturing business. His fashion career began in Paris with Claude Montana, after which he joined the Italian apparel manufacturer Gruppo Finanziario Tessile (GFT), then an industry leader managing licenses for brands including Valentino and Giorgio Armani.

In the 1990s, he joined Jil Sander, where he launched the brand’s menswear line, before moving to Burberry to lead the launch of its designer high-end line, Prorsum. He has also served as a consultant for brands including Cerruti and Ballantyne.

Saks Global

Saks Global continues to restructure its management team, promoting Amy Raimondi to Senior Vice President of Women’s Merchandising for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus.

Amy Raimondi now holds full responsibility for merchandising across categories, including contemporary fashion, eveningwear, lifestyle, lingerie, outerwear, swimwear, and children’s wear for both Saks and Neiman’s, reporting to Paolo Riva, Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks and Neiman’s.

Amy Raimondi began her career 20 years ago on the merchandising team at Saks and has since held multiple roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Women’s Contemporary Brand Partnerships and Merchandising for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. She succeeds Dayna Ziegler, who joined Macy’s last week to oversee its apparel business.
