II. Personnel Changes

The Estée Lauder Companies
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has appointed Ossama Ogla as General Manager for the Middle East region, overseeing the company’s operations and commercial strategy in this market.
Ossama Ogla joined the group in September 2025 and reports to Henkvan der Mark, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Markets and Commercial Business Development. The Middle East is one of Estée Lauder’s fastest-growing prestige markets, and the company continues to invest in strengthening consumer engagement, retail execution, and digital capabilities in the region.
