Kering
French luxury group Kering has announced a new organisational structure, establishing two Group Centres of Excellence: Industrial and Client, aimed at optimising operational efficiency and supporting the sustainable growth of its Houses.
The new divisions will sit within the Group platform and are designed to provide a unified framework, enhanced resources and stronger execution capabilities to accelerate the implementation of strategic initiatives. Relevant teams within the Houses will report functionally to the Centres of Excellence.
The Industrial division will strengthen the Group and its Houses’ production architecture, excellence, and efficiency by integrating sourcing, manufacturing, the supply chain, quality, and research and development.
Working closely with the Houses, the Client division will provide expertise and shared solutions to execute the Group’s strategy in this area. Its scope spans the entire value chain and all client-related functions, including product and pricing, marketing, distribution channels, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), and data.
