L’Oréal Group
The French beauty giant L’Oréal has appointed Stijn Demeersseman as Global Chief Commercial Officer of its Consumer Products Division.

In his new role, Stijn Demeersseman will oversee brands including Garnier, Maybelline, and Essie.
Most recently, Stijn Demeersseman served as Head of UK Retail Media and Advertiser Management at Amazon. He also has nearly 11 years of experience at Procter & Gamble. Earlier in his career, he spent more than eight years at L’Oréal Group, holding several commercial and regional management positions.
Shiseido Group
Japanese beauty group Shiseido has appointed Vittorio Garavelli as Chief Commercial Officer for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

In his new role, Vittorio Garavelli will lead the development of the brand portfolio, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen cross-country collaboration within the region, and drive sustainable and long-term growth. He will also join the EMEA Executive Committee.
Shiseido stated that the new appointment is a strategic position aimed at leading the Group’s growth and development objectives and further accelerating the implementation of its regional strategy.
Vittorio Garavelli has been with Shiseido for more than 12 years and most recently served as General Manager of Shiseido Italy, where he accumulated extensive experience. He has held several key positions within the Group, contributing to the growth of its brands and helping to build a clear and forward-looking development vision for them.
Dolce&Gabbana Beauty
Dolce&Gabbana Beauty has appointed Melinda Melrose as Global Make-up Expert.

In her new role, Melinda Melrose will lead the global creative direction for make-up, participating in the development of new product collections, the creation of aesthetic concepts, and the formulation of brand positioning strategies.
The brand noted that Melinda Melrose’s appointment marks an important step in the development of Dolce&Gabbana’s beauty business. This strategic move aims to consolidate the brand’s aesthetic identity, strengthen its influence across digital and social platforms, and accelerate engagement with younger consumer groups.
Melinda Melrose began her career creating make-up tutorials and lifestyle content, and her personal social media accounts have attracted more than one million followers.
E.l.f. Beauty
U.S. mass beauty brand e.l.f. Beauty (hereinafter referred to as e.l.f.) has announced a series of executive appointments:
- Kory Marchisotto has been appointed to the newly created position of President of E.l.f. Brands
- Ekta Chopra has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer
- Oshiya Savur has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer of E.l.f. Brands

In her new role, Kory Marchisotto will remain a member of the executive leadership team of E.l.f. Beauty, while focusing on driving cross-category and cross-regional expansion for E.l.f. Cosmetics, E.l.f. Skin, Well People, and Keys Soulcare.
Most recently, Kory Marchisotto served as Chief Marketing Officer of E.l.f. Beauty and President of Keys Soulcare. During her tenure as Chief Marketing Officer, she helped shape E.l.f.’s bold and playful marketing style. In 2019, she led the brand’s launch on TikTok and subsequently created several viral marketing campaigns.
Ekta Chopra currently serves as Chief Digital Officer. Before joining E.l.f. Beauty in 2016, she held technology-related roles at several private equity and retail companies.
Oshiya Savur most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of global beauty incubator Maesa. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in brand management and marketing at Unilever and Charlotte Tilbury.
