Following her appointment, Rebecca Cai will oversee On’s three major regional markets—Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the Americas—as well as the global commercial team. She will begin the transition into her new role on September 1, 2026. Until a successor for the Asia-Pacific region is confirmed, she will continue to oversee the APAC team, and plans to relocate to Zurich next year.
Rebecca Cai joined On’s Zurich headquarters in Switzerland in June 2020 as a Business Development Specialist. In February 2022, she was promoted to Head of E-commerce for Asia-Pacific, and in December 2022, she was further promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific, based in Shanghai. Prior to joining On, she worked at Nike and JP Morgan.
Following her appointment, Alice Delahunt will be based in New York, where she will take full responsibility for the brand’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels across both online and offline operations, as well as oversee strategic initiatives related to customer loyalty.
Alice Delahunt brings extensive global management and entrepreneurial experience. She founded an online-to-offline integrated retail platform called SYKY, which ceased operations at the end of 2025. Prior to that, she worked at Ralph Lauren from 2018 to 2022, where she served as both Chief Digital Officer and Chief Content Officer before her departure. From 2011 to early 2018, she held roles at Burberry, including Global Director of Digital and Social Media. In addition, Alice Delahunt currently serves as a non-executive director at European fashion e-commerce platform Zalando and members’ club Soho House & Co.
This leadership restructuring follows the upcoming departure of Chief Commercial Officer Britt Olsen. After a one-year transition period, she will officially leave the company at the end of September 2026. Britt Olsen has held the role since January 2024 and originally joined the company in November 2014 as Head of Marketing for North America.
