British fashion and lifestyle brand Cath Kidston may be up for sale again just eight months after being acquired.
According to Sky News, Hilco Capital, the financial services firm that owns the brand is in talks with potential buyers.
Cath Kidston once had dozens of stores but now only has four company-owned stores remaining.
Insiders said that Hilco would appoint PwC to provide sales advisory services. It is currently unclear what the structure of the sale will be and whether bidders will seek control of the entire company.
