Hermès
French luxury brand Hermès has announced that Carole Dupont-Pietri, who has led investor relations at Hermès International SCA for 11 years, will step down next month.
According to Bloomberg, Alexandra Boucheron, formerly in charge of investor relations at French defense group Thales SA, will take over the role.
Before joining Thales, Alexandra Boucheron held investor relations and financial leadership positions at French building materials company Tarkett and beverage packaging and glass manufacturer Verallia. She began her career at Merrill Lynch.

Tapestry
Yann Bozec, President of Tapestry Asia Pacific and CEO & President of the Coach brand in China, announced on his personal LinkedIn account that he has stepped down from his roles and is embarking on a new chapter—launching a consulting platform called YB STRATIS, aimed at brands, executives, and investors.
Yann Bozec joined Coach in 2008 and has held a series of roles, including Vice President of Operations for China, Vice President of Operations and HR for Japan, and SVP & COO for Asia. Since 2014, he had served as CEO & President of Coach China. In 2019, he was promoted to President of Tapestry China, and in 2020, to President of Tapestry Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Tapestry, Yann Bozec spent 15 years at L’Oréal Group, where he held various executive and operational roles in Russia and across Asia.
Isabel Marant
French designer brand Isabel Marant has officially appointed Kim Bekker as its new Creative Director. Kim has served as Isabel Marant’s right-hand woman since 2021 and made her solo debut at the Paris Fashion Week runway bow earlier this year.
Moving forward, Isabel Marant will remain with the company, working three days a week.
A graduate of ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem, Kim Bekker previously worked at Isabel Marant from 2008 to 2018, contributing significantly to shaping the brand’s style. In 2019, she joined Saint Laurent as Director of Pre-Collections and RTW Design for nearly three years. She returned to Isabel Marant in March 2021 as Artistic Director.
Vestiaire Collective
European online resale platform for secondhand fashion and luxury goods, Vestiaire Collective, has promoted its Chief Financial Officer, Bernard Osta, to Chief Executive Officer.
Bernard Osta joined Vestiaire Collective in 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years as an investment banker at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, advising companies on strategic matters. He also serves as an independent board member of French media and entertainment group Vivendi.
Monica Vinader
British demi-fine jewelry brand Monica Vinader has appointed Sebastian Picardo as CEO, succeeding the brand’s co-founders and sisters Monica and Gaby Vinader.
Most recently, Sebastian Picardo was President and CEO of Canadian fashion and beauty retailer Holt Renfrew. Prior to that, he spent six years at Lane Crawford, holding roles including Chief Retail Officer, COO, and Vice President. He has also held management positions at Burberry, Net-a-Porter, and Alexander McQueen.
Founded in 2008, Monica Vinader is known for its gold vermeil jewelry featuring uniquely cut semi-precious stones. According to the brand’s most recent financial disclosure, its 2023 sales reached £100 million [approximately USD 121 million].
