Ellassay

Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co., Ltd. has issued an official announcement titled “Notice on the Change of General Manager,” formally appointing Wang Dusen as the new General Manager. His term will begin upon approval by the Board of Directors and will continue until the end of the fifth Board’s term. Following his appointment as General Manager, Wang Dusen will no longer serve as Deputy General Manager but will remain a member of the Board of Directors.

According to the announcement, then-Chairman and General Manager Xia Guoxin voluntarily resigned from the General Manager role due to business development needs. After stepping down, he will continue to serve as Chairman and retain relevant positions in various Board committees. Going forward, he will focus more on his responsibilities as Chairman, dedicating his efforts to overseeing the company’s long-term strategic planning and development direction.

Official information shows that Wang Dusen was born in 1980 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Tianjin Polytechnic University. He joined Ellassay in 2004 and has successively served as Planning Supervisor, Manager of the Brand Management Department, Director of the Brand Management Center, and Deputy General Manager.

According to Ellassay’s Q3 FY2025 report, the company achieved revenue of RMB 2.019 billion [approximately USD 282 million] in the first three quarters of this year, representing a year-on-year decline of 6.22%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 114 million [approximately USD 15.9 million], a year-on-year surge of 427.34%. The revenue decline was mainly due to the exclusion of the Ed Hardy brand from the consolidated financial statements during the reporting period. Excluding this factor, revenue for the first three quarters increased by 2.4% year-on-year on a comparable basis.

Her career also includes executive roles at U.S. fashion company Perry Ellis International and discount retailer TJX.
