Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Global luxury hotel group Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced the latest executive appointments:

  • Charles Fisher (left in the photo) has been appointed General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong;

  • Roberto Eggs (centre in the photo) and Angelica Cheung (right in the photo) have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors.

Roberto Eggs is currently Chief Business Strategy and Global Markets Officer of Italian luxury group Moncler, and also serves as a member of the Group Executive Board. Previously, he held positions including President of Louis Vuitton Europe, Middle East and Africa, Chairman of Swiss luxury watch brands Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin, and Board Director of Australian fashion brand Zimmermann. His career began at Nestlé Nespresso. He holds dual Italian and Swiss citizenship, graduated from the University of Fribourg with a degree in Economics and Management, and completed executive education programs at London Business School and IMD Lausanne.

Angelica Cheung (Zhang Yu) is an authority in fashion and lifestyle. She currently serves as an Investment Partner at Sequoia China, where she is responsible for investments in the fashion and luxury sectors. She is also a board member of ZEGNA Group, AMI PARIS, and WE11DONE, and is the founder of brand management company AMH Corp Ltd. Previously, she served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of Vogue China for 16 years.

Charles Fisher has more than 20 years of management experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. After earning a degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University, he joined the front office team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, and subsequently held positions in multiple cities around the world.

Valentino

Italian luxury brand Valentino has appointed Esther Hörmann as Chief Executive Officer, Europe.

In her new role, Esther Hörmann will be based in Milan, supporting Valentino in strengthening its position in the European market.

Esther Hörmann has nearly 20 years of international professional experience, having worked with multiple luxury and fashion brands. She has accumulated extensive expertise in business development, retail operations, and commercial management across strategic markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Most recently, Esther Hörmann worked at Rimowa, where she successively served as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to that, she was Iberia Regional Director at Prada Group. She also worked at Loewe, where she was responsible for Southern Europe and the Middle East, while concurrently serving as Country Manager for several markets, overseeing both directly operated retail and franchise businesses across highly complex regional markets. Early in her career, Hörmann served as International Expansion Project Manager at the Spanish fashion brand Mango, focusing on Europe, India, and Southeast Asia, before joining the Spanish bridalwear group Pronovias, where she held several senior management positions.

Moncler

Italian luxury brand Moncler has appointed Marisa Pucci as Chief Communications Officer, Americas.

In her new role, Marisa Pucci will be based at the regional headquarters in New York, reporting directly to Americas President Tommaso De Vecchi and International Chief Brand Officer Rod Manley.

Previously, Marisa Pucci served as Chief Communications and Image Officer for the Americas at Dior, a role she held for 13 years. Before joining Dior, she worked in senior communications roles at luxury department store Barneys New York and public relations consultancy PR Consulting.

Alaïa

Swiss luxury group Richemont has appointed Gaelle Collet as Global Chief Marketing Officer of its French designer brand ALAÏA.

In her new role, Gaelle Collet will be fully responsible for marketing, brand communications, and brand image-related functions.

Gaelle Collet’s most recent position was Chief Brand and Communications Officer at British designer brand McQueen. Prior to that, she served as Global Director of Public Relations, Media, and Social Media at Celine, and previously held positions at several luxury brands, including Saint Laurent, Dior, and Chanel, accumulating extensive experience in media and public relations.

Saks Global

U.S. luxury department store operator Saks Global, which has filed for bankruptcy protection, announced that Executive Chairman Richard Baker has stepped down, with Geoffrey van Raemdonck (pictured below) appointed as his successor.

In 2024, Richard Baker led the acquisition of Neiman Marcus for USD 2.65 billion by his Canada-based diversified conglomerate Hudson’s Bay Co. The group subsequently reorganised its U.S. luxury department store assets into Saks Global, integrating historic luxury department store chains including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman.

Richard Baker then assumed the role of Executive Chairman of Saks Global. Earlier this month, following the sudden resignation of senior executive Marc Metrick, he also served concurrently as Chief Executive Officer.

Geoffrey van Raemdonck is currently a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and serves as a board member of Exclusive Resorts and the Moncler Group. His most recent role was Chief Executive Officer of Neiman Marcus Group, which he left at the end of 2024. Earlier in his career, he served as EMEA Regional Group President at Ralph Lauren. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
