Global luxury fashion group Lanvin Group has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Jiyang Han as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2025. Han will be fully responsible for the Group’s financial affairs, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and control, financial management, treasury, investment and financing projects, and investor relations.
Han brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and global business management. Since June 2025, he has served as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Assistant President of Yuyuan Inc. Prior to that, he held roles including General Manager of M&A and Head of Strategy for 3M Greater China, and Executive Director of Investment Banking at Cathay Capital, overseeing Greater China operations. Han began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young China. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting from the University of British Columbia in Canada. He will succeed Jiyu Chen, who previously announced his departure effective October 27, 2025.

Kering
French luxury powerhouse Kering has appointed Philippine de Schonen as Financial Communications Director, effective November 3.

In her new role, Philippine de Schonen will succeed Claire Roblet, who is transitioning to the position of Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. She will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial communications, managing financial reporting materials, and maintaining relations with analysts and investors. She will report directly to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Kering’s Chief Operating Officer.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Philippine de Schonen began her career at Carrefour Group. In 2011, she joined Areva Group as Investor Relations Manager, later rising to Vice President of Investor Relations. She joined French company Plastic Omnium in 2015 and moved to Renault Group in 2021, where she held successive roles as Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President of Investor Relations & M&A. Notably, Kering’s new CEO, Luca de Meo, also comes from Renault Group.
Loewe
Spanish luxury brand Loewe has appointed Thierry Conrad Reutenauer as Global Communications Director.

He will succeed Carmine Spena in this role.
Thierry Conrad Reutenauer most recently served as Global Communications Director for luxury brand Bottega Veneta under the Kering Group, which he joined in 2020 as Global Senior PR Manager before steadily advancing. From 2014 to 2020, he was Director of PR, Events, and Celebrity Collaborations at Chloé, a luxury brand under the Richemont Group. He began his career at PR agency Karla Otto.
