Burberry
British luxury brand Burberry has announced that four regional presidents have joined its Executive Committee, effective immediately.
- Claudia Kim, President of Asia Pacific, joined the company in 2018. She previously served as General Manager of Bluebell Korea, overseeing several luxury fashion brands under LVMH Group.
- Frank van Loon, President of EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa), joined in 2020. He was formerly Vice President of the EMEIA region at Tom Ford and held senior management roles at Brunello Cucinelli.
- Josie Zhang (Zhang Yunxin), President of the Chinese Mainland, joined in 2016 and had previously served as Regional Director at Christian Dior Couture.
- Laura Dubin-Wander, President of the Americas, joined in 2024. She was previously CEO of the Americas for designer brands under OTB Group and held senior leadership roles at Coach and Christian Dior Couture.
Going forward, all four will continue to lead their respective regional markets while also contributing to the decision-making, strategy, and operations of the Executive Committee. They report directly to Burberry CEO Joshua Schulman.
Burberry noted that these appointments reflect the company’s commitment to bringing leadership and decision-making closer to the customer. Earlier this year, the company eliminated the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Marni
Italian luxury brand Marni, part of the Italian fashion and luxury group OTB, has appointed Meryll Rogge as its new Creative Director.
Meryll Rogge was born in Ghent, Belgium, and graduated from the Fashion Design program at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She later joined the design team at Marc Jacobs in New York. After nearly seven years, she returned to Antwerp to become Women’s Design Director at Dries Van Noten, where she also led the development of the brand’s beauty line through 2025.
In 2020, Rogge launched her own namesake label, which quickly gained recognition. She was named Emerging Designer of the Year at the Belgian Fashion Awards in 2021 and, in 2024, became the first woman to receive the Designer of the Year title. Most recently, she won the top prize at the 2025 ANDAM Fashion Awards.
Saks Global
U.S. luxury department store group Saks Global has appointed Brandy Richardson as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 18.
Richardson will succeed interim CFO Mark Weinsten and join the global team based in Dallas, reporting directly to Global CEO Marc Metrick.
Most recently, Richardson served as Executive Vice President and CFO at U.S. menswear retailer Tailored Brands Inc. She brings extensive industry experience, having spent most of her career at another U.S. luxury department store group, Neiman Marcus. During her 15-year tenure, she held several key financial leadership positions.
Beyond her expertise in luxury retail, Richardson is known for executing strategic initiatives that improve financial health and drive business growth.
Nordstrom
U.S. high-end department store group Nordstrom has named Kelly Dilts as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 29.
Dilts will succeed Cathy Smith, who has joined Starbucks, and will oversee all core financial functions, along with Nordstrom’s real estate, store development, and strategic sourcing operations.
With 30 years of financial leadership experience, Dilts most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Dollar General since 2023. Prior to that, she was EVP and CFO at Francesca’s Holding Corporation from 2016 to 2019 and also held the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Tailored Brands.
Galeries Lafayette
French department store group Galeries Lafayette has announced several key executive appointments:

Guillaume Houzé previously served as Director of Image and Communications for 11 years. He also chairs the Galeries Lafayette Corporate Foundation and the ANDAM Fashion Awards. He is the brother of Nicolas Houzé, Executive Chairman of the Galeries Lafayette Board. The group’s newly appointed CEO, Arthur Lemoine, is a cousin of theirs.
Emmanuelle Greth was formerly Director of Human Resources and Sustainable Development at the company.
Matthieu Caloni had served as Head of Finance, Strategy, and Transformation since 2016 and now succeeds Ugo Supino, who stepped down in June.
In August 2024, third-generation family leader Ginette Moulin will retire, passing the baton to her son-in-law, Philippe Houzé, who is currently Chairman of the Board. Moulin’s daughter, Patricia Moulin Lemoine, has served as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board since 2017.
San Marino Outlet Experience
Market Propco S.r.l., the parent company of San Marino Outlet Experience, located in the Republic of San Marino, has appointed Francesco Furino as the outlet center’s CEO.
At the same time, a new board of directors has been established. Francesco Furino joins the board along with Eugenio Manghi and Giovanni Battista Vacchi, who have been appointed as independent directors.
All three executives bring deep expertise in retail outlets and international brand management, along with strong networks in the San Marino region.
Meanwhile, investment firm DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR S.p.A. has acquired a minority stake in Market Propco S.r.l. through its IDeA Corporate Credit Recovery II fund.
The San Marino Outlet Experience opened in 2021, spanning 17,000 square meters and featuring over 80 brand stores across various categories, including fashion, sports, and accessories. Brands present include Etro, The North Face, Montura, Prada, Under Armour, Timberland, and Twinset.
