Khy

The contemporary apparel brand Khy, founded by American social media personality Kylie Jenner, has appointed Laura du Rusquec as Chief Executive Officer. She will be responsible for leading the brand’s scaled expansion.

Laura du Rusquec previously served as CEO of Danish fashion brand Ganni in 2024, stepping down at the end of April this year. Prior to that, she joined Balenciaga in 2017, where over more than seven years she held several senior roles including Global Retail Chief of Staff, Chief Retail and Client Officer, Chief Retail Officer and President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, before ultimately being promoted to Deputy CEO.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Laura du Rusquec brings nearly 20 years of experience in the luxury industry. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst, joined Gucci Group in 2009 as Senior Strategy Assistant, and moved to Kering in 2011, where she led brand development and M&A projects. In 2013, she became Global Brand, Marketing and Merchandising Director at Pomellato, before returning to Kering as Strategy Director for the Haute Couture and Leather Goods division.

Pronovias

Spanish high-end bridal group Pronovias has officially appointed Luis Müller Heiberg as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Luis Müller Heiberg’s mandate is to strengthen the group’s financial stability, advance operational transformation, and drive a sustainable and structured long-term growth strategy.

He brings over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate transformation. Throughout his career, he has held management roles across multiple industries including retail, healthcare, and automotive, while also working as an auditor and financial advisor. In addition, he has served as a lecturer at institutions such as Carlos III University of Madrid and IE University.

Most recently, he served as CFO of food distribution group The Food Co/Supermercados Overseas, where he supported the expansion of the store network, optimised working capital, improved profit margins, and strengthened internal control systems.

Triumph

Lingerie and swimwear brand Triumph has appointed Vincenzo D’Aurelio as CEO of its Italy market. He will take full responsibility for a new phase of transformation and development in Italy, while also serving as Chairman of the Board of Triumph Italia, further strengthening the group’s local management structure.

Vincenzo D’Aurelio will oversee all operations and strategic initiatives of Triumph Italia, driving corporate transformation and enhancing market competitiveness. His immediate priorities include repositioning the Triumph and Sloggi brands, reinforcing direct retail channels, and expanding the franchise network.

He has been with Triumph since 2017, initially serving as Global Project Management Office and Transformation Manager, and has held full responsibility for this function since 2018.

Vincenzo D’Aurelio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science from the University of Milan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University. He began his career at Intel, later worked at IBM Global Services, and held roles including consultant and client delivery manager at Italian firm Be Think, Solve, Execute S.p.A..

Stitch Fix

U.S.-based subscription fashion e-commerce platform Stitch Fix has appointed Sree Sreedhararaj as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

In this role, Sree Sreedhararaj will lead the company’s teams across technology, product, data science, cybersecurity, and IT.

Prior to joining Stitch Fix, he served as Chief Technology Officer at beauty membership platform IPSY, where he led the company’s technology transformation, oversaw the development of its proprietary AI-driven personalised recommendation engine, and implemented artificial intelligence across the business.

Earlier, he was Chief Technology Officer at Sephora, where he upgraded the company’s digital infrastructure and led the implementation of AI and personalisation strategies. In the early stages of his career, Sree Sreedhararaj served as an engineering leader at Walmart, and also worked as a consultant at Infosys, serving clients including Best Buy, Target, Nordstrom, and Gap.
