July 5th – Unity Brands has announced the acquisition of Kit and Ace, the luxury leisure sportswear brand established by Chip Wilson, the founder of Lululemon. The specific transaction price has not been disclosed. Unity Brands is jointly owned by David Lui, Joe Mimran, and Frank Rocchetti.
