Pieter Mulier, Creative Director of French designer brand ALAÏA, which is part of Swiss luxury group Richemont, is set to depart.

Before the new creative team structure is formally confirmed, the brand’s studio will ensure continuity across all work during the transition period.
Pieter Mulier assumed his current role in 2021 and, together with the creative team, achieved remarkable results. While preserving the brand’s core heritage, he elevated ALAÏA’s classic values into a contemporary creative expression, reaffirming the brand’s distinctive and singular identity.

Sergio Rossi
Italian luxury footwear brand Sergio Rossi, part of Lanvin Group, has announced the departure of Creative Director Paul Andrew.

Going forward, Paul Andrew will turn his focus to other projects, including continuing to develop his eponymous footwear and accessories brand.
Paul Andrew was appointed Creative Director of Sergio Rossi in July 2024. Since then, he has played a key role in strengthening the brand’s global positioning and shaping its aesthetic narrative.
Paul Andrew has previously worked alongside renowned designers including Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Narciso Rodriguez and the late Alexander McQueen, honing his aesthetic sensibility and technical expertise. In 2013, Andrew launched his eponymous women’s footwear line, later expanding into menswear. In 2014, he became the first footwear designer to receive the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award, and the youngest recipient among the winners.
In 2016, Ferragamo appointed Paul Andrew as Women’s Footwear Design Director, and one year later he was promoted to Creative Director of Womenswear. Following the global success of his first collection, he was elevated in 2019 to Creative Director across all product categories at Ferragamo, becoming the first designer to hold this position since the brand’s founder, Salvatore Ferragamo.
Breitling
Swiss fine watchmaking brand Breitling has announced the appointment of Alessio Ambrosini as General Manager of its Italy and Malta subsidiary.

In his new role, Alessio Ambrosini will lead the rollout and execution in Italy of the group’s new “House of Brands” corporate strategy. This strategy focuses on the market expansion of three brands, Breitling, Gallet and Universal Genève, across retail channels and distributor networks.
Over the past 15 years, Alessio Ambrosini has built solid experience in the luxury and high-end watch sectors, having held multiple management positions at Swiss luxury group Richemont. Throughout his career, he has overseen both retail and wholesale operations, gaining deep insight into market dynamics and the ecosystem of leading commercial partners.
LVMH
French luxury group LVMH has announced that it will propose the appointment of Ariane Gorin as a member of the group’s Board of Directors at its annual shareholders’ meeting on April 23.

Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon, who has served the group for 12 years, will step down at that time.
Ariane Gorin has more than 20 years of experience across technology, marketing and strategic consulting. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of US travel technology company Expedia Group. She joined Expedia’s board in February 2024 and assumed the role of CEO in May 2024.
Prior to joining Expedia Group in 2013, Ariane Gorin spent 10 years at Microsoft in the United States, where she was responsible for sales and distribution-related roles. Her professional background also includes work as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco and Paris. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
